The drag handles appear on the right of every entry, as well as the red 'delete' icon on the left. Grab the drag handle and drag-n-drop to your heart's desire. There is a critical error in what you report. Zenbe list does *not* permit drag and drop reordering within lists on the iPhone. That is a feature available on the website only.
